What does a typical daily schedule look like for a student?
- The Answer: Daily schedules are structured in a 4-day week, Monday to Thursday. Grades 2-12 start their day with Rise and Shine, a daily workshop led by Dr. Velazquez, Headmaster that is designed to help students get a great start to their day. We use music combined with beautiful nature scenes to encourage positive thoughts and feelings. We also help students develop time management skills, reinforce test taking skills and character strengths.
- The balance of the consists of core content classes and labs, blending interactive online modules, collaborative project based learning, and structured communication themes. While lower school students (Grades K-5) focus on foundational literacy and guided activities, middle and upper school students (Grades 7-12) manage digital portfolios, participate in debate, and sit on leadership meetings.

- The Answer: Community is vital to our school culture. Students connect daily through collaborative digital breakout rooms, peer review sessions, global student clubs, virtual pitch competitions, and interactive school assemblies designed to foster lasting friendships across geographic boundaries.
- AHA also has regular in-person field trips throughout the year and a Graduation Celebration Week at the Reunion Resort and Golf Club in Kissimmee, Florida.
